Happy February! As we step into this new month, I’m excited to share that Kindervelt is all set to kick off a jam-packed four months of fundraising for the Children’s Hospital Advanced Leukemia Center.

- KV50 Apres Ski on March 7th – Registration opening soon
- Krafts & Bake Sale on March 16th—Spring Crafts at the Sabin Auditorium on Children’s Main Campus
February is a wonderful time for reflection, and I invite you all to take a moment to appreciate the heart of our organization: our dedicated members.
I want to remind everyone of our upcoming Leadership Meeting on February 23rd from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Sabin Auditorium on Children’s Main Campus. If you haven’t registered yet, there’s still time before deadline on Feb 9th. Don’t miss out on the fireside chat with Dr. Starczynowski, and our Kindervelt BOT. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about the cutting-edge approaches to battling Leukemia. There will be a tour of the Leukemia Center following the leadership meeting as well.
In closing, it is with great sadness that I share that Tracy Smith, our BOT Technology chair, friend and longtime Kindervelt member, passed away in January after a courageous battle against cancer. Please keep her and her family in your prayers. Tracy’s celebration of life is Feb 7th. Instead of flowers, donations to Kindervelt have been requested. Please click here for more information.
