KV #29 sends super big congratulations to one of our members, Cynthia Blocksom, on being selected as one of UC’s Alumni of the Year Award winners. Cynthia is a champion of consumer protection, especially as it relates to health, food, and nutrition. She has filled a variety of leadership roles with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and is currently serving as the Ohio Academy’s State Policy Representative and served a five year appointment to the Ohio Board of Dietetics and chaired the Board of Commissioners for the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing.

This is just a small list of Cynthia’s many accomplishments. It shows that it is possible to have a dynamic career and be a part of Kindervelt.
