KV #57 – Annie’s Homemade Sweets Christmas 2026 Candy Sale.
• Please email or call with any questions to Jane DiMaggio at [email protected] and 513-227-6212.
• Please return all orders to Jane DiMaggio (KV #57) by October 25, OR bring them to the October Leadership Meeting.
• Make checks payable to Jane DiMaggio and mail your Order Form and check to: 4669 Woodland Dr., Mason, Ohio 45040,
OR • Bring your order form and payment to the October Leadership Meeting.
• If you would like to pay by Venmo, Venmo Melinda Williams @melinda-williams-54.
• All candy orders will be delivered to the December President’s Leadership Meeting. If you need your items before the President’s Leadership Meeting, please shop at Annie’s Blue Ash store to make a purchase.
• Be sure to check out Annie’s website for additional items! If you’re interested in purchasing anything beyond the order form, please get in touch with Annie directly. (See info above.)
• You’re also welcome to shop in-store at Annie’s Blue Ash Store. At checkout, simply let them know you are part of the KV #57 Fundraiser, and a portion of your purchase will be credited back to KV #57.
• Even beyond the fundraiser, any purchase you make at Annie’s Blue Ash Store throughout the year can benefit your KV group—just mention your KV group at checkout, and those proceeds will go back to your group.
